STEVEN COOK OWNER

Owner | Combat | Boutique | Personal Trainer 

I’m Steven Cook, one of the owners of Pegasus Gym. I’m Buckingham’s first and only 5×3 weight professional kickboxing world champion, a Level 4 Master Trainer, Martial Arts Hall of Fame award winner and 4th Dan Black Belt.

I’ve trained under world-class coaches including 7th Dan Michael Zilles, Dan Michael Graham, Olympic medalist Gabrielle Neptune and Ansar Mahmood, with early training in Judo as a child.

My coaching blends elite experience with real-life understanding. I believe training should be challenging, rewarding and enjoyable. Whether it’s combat, boutique or personal training, my focus is helping people become stronger, more confident and proud of what they can achieve.

GRANT COOK OWNER

Owner | Head of Maintenance

I’m Grant, Head of Maintenance and one of the owners at Pegasus Gym.

My job is simple: make sure everything works like it should. If something breaks, leaks, jams, rattles or flickers, it usually ends up with me. I look after the building, equipment, studios, spa and all the jobs people don’t notice but always feel. Being an owner means I care on another level. I don’t just maintain Pegasus, I protect it.

BRANDON COOK OWNER

Brandon is a 1st Dan Black belt Kickboxing instructor who has won many Kickboxing titles including the Amateur ISKA British title. Brandon is an Amateur Boxing coach under the ABA Alliance and also holds his personal Training level 3 qualification.

LIAM JONES OPS MANAGER

I’m Liam Jones, Operations Director at Pegasus Gym and part of the family team behind it. If
it’s not on the gym floor, it probably lands on my desk. I manage systems, processes and
structure, including HR, member management, marketing, communications, the app, policies
and daily problem-solving.


My background is in high-end hospitality management with brands like The Hilton, where
standards and service are everything. Before business, sport was my world. I was a sprint
champion in the 100m and 4x100m relay and played football at a high level. That
competitive mindset still drives how I work today

STACIE WILLIAMSON STUDIO MANAGER

I’m Stacie Williamson, Head of Boutique and Wellness. I lead the Boutique and Wellness studios, shaping class quality, coaches and timetables. I teach across both studios and also run my own beauty business at Pegasus, offering beauty treatments alongside fitness. My goal is to create welcoming spaces where people feel confident, supported and proud of themselves

Kerry Umoh - Boutique Instructor

I’m a mum of two with a lifelong love of movement and fitness. I come from a professional dance background, have over 13 years of weight training experience and competed in bodybuilding in 2022.

I bring energy, fun and passion into every class. My goal is to help people feel strong, confident and capable, both mentally and physically. Life gets busy, but I believe there’s always time to look after yourself.

Prema - Boutique Instructor

I’m a fitness instructor, wellness coach and founder of Be Shuprem. I’m also a certified
Afroletics Instructor and Master Trainer of Xtreme HipHop Step.


My sessions are high-energy, uplifting and community-driven. I create spaces where
everyone feels seen, supported and inspired. My aim is to move bodies, lift minds and help
people leave feeling stronger inside and out.

Charis Wright - Boutique Instructor

I’ve spent 10 years as a Ballroom and Latin dancer and 2 years as a salsa teacher. Dance
taught me rhythm, control and how to move with purpose.

I teach barre, Pilates, QiGong and breathwork, blending structure with fun. My classes are full of laughs, learning and confidence-building, helping people move better and feel better in their bodies.

Stacie W - Boutique Instructor

Vibrant Clubbercise and Anti Gravity instructor, Stacie is often seen with a smile around the gym. She brings an abundance of energy.

Lucina Lloyd - Wellness instructor

I absolutely love yoga and believe everyone can benefit from practising it. My style is vinyasa flow with a touch of power and a mix of music to suit the vibe.

My classes are about movement, breath and finding space in both body and mind. Whether it’s hot yoga or regular yoga, I want you to leave feeling stronger, calmer and more balanced.

Hina Pancholi - Wellness Instructor

I’ve been promoting holistic health for over 15 years through yoga and meditation in and around Aylesbury.

My yoga classes blend flow, breathwork and relaxation to help you build flexibility, energy and inner balance. My meditation sessions guide you into stillness, teaching simple breathing, chanting and movement to prepare your mind for peace and clarity.

Amber Wimbledon - Wellness Instructor

I was a professional ice skater for 10 years after competing for Great Britain at 18. I travelled the world performing in shows before becoming a yoga and Pilates instructor on luxury super yachts.

My focus is helping people move with intention, connect breath to movement, improve alignment and feel stronger and more confident after every practice.

Dominic Palumbo - Wellness Instructor

I guide Pegasus’ monthly Sound Bath sessions. Using crystal bowls, gongs and sound, I help people slow down, breathe deeper and reset their nervous system.


My sessions are about stillness with purpose, where stress softens and the mind gets a break. You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer and more grounded.

COMBAT INSTRUCTORS & Personal Trainers

Calum Lee - Combat Instructor

I’ve trained in martial arts for 15 years, focusing on MMA, Boxing and Wrestling for the last eight years. I’m a national-level competitor in MMA and BJJ and also work as a fight commentator.


I teach Kids MMA, Adult MMA and Adult Wrestling, breaking down complex techniques so anyone can learn, improve and enjoy combat sports.

Tim Buddle - Combat Instructor

I’ve trained Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for over 14 years and hold a first-degree black belt.

Beyond the physical side, I value the discipline, mental strength and community BJJ creates.

It’s about growth, respect and helping each other improve.

Linus Udofia - Combat Instructor & Personal Trainer

I’m a former 2× English Middleweight Boxing Champion and represented Team GB as an amateur.


I’m a Level 4 Personal Trainer and boxing coach at Pegasus. I specialise in boxing-based HIIT, strength and conditioning, helping people get fit, strong and confident.

Andy Rudol - Combat Instructor & Personal Trainer

I’m a 4th degree black belt instructor and 7× Gold medal winner at the Amateur World Kickboxing Championships. I’m also an ABA Alliance boxing coach and a personal trainer.

I focus on strong fundamentals, discipline and helping people reach their potential through hard work, whether in class or one-to-one.

John Ivory - Combat Instructor

I’m a Brown Belt under Tim Buddle and teach kids BJJ and adult no-gi.


I’ve trained in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for around 20 years. After training with several teams, Pegasus became my forever home and the place I began my coaching journey.

With a background in MMA and my own fitness journey, understand the challenges people face. I create supportive, motivating coaching that builds confidence as well as strength

Vince Mwayi - Personal Trainer

I’m a lifetime drug-free athlete, 5× British Natural Bodybuilding Champion, powerlifting champion and former international rugby player.


I help people find balance through small, sustainable changes that lead to a healthier life. My coaching focuses on weight loss, muscle gain and contest preparation.

Steven Slee - Personal Trainer

I have over 25 years of experience in sport, fitness and nutrition. As an international swimmer and multiple national record holder, I know exactly what it takes to get results.

I’m a former semi-pro footballer turned personal trainer. I understand performance, recovery and long-term progress.


I specialise in helping beginners build strength safely through proper technique, smart programming and practical nutrition.

Pilar Fernandez - Personal Trainer

I’m a Level 3 qualified personal trainer with over three years of experience. I help women feel strong, confident and proud of their progress.


I specialise in glutes, fat loss and toning, and I create supportive one-to-one coaching environments where clients can grow.

Ricky Crawford - Personal Trainer

I run Crawford Personal Fitness at Pegasus. I specialise in muscle building and improving body image.


I have a bodybuilding background and have prepped myself for multiple successful shows. I use that experience to help clients reach their own goals.

Ariana Motlagh- Personal Trainer

I’m a personal trainer and founder of Athena Fitness. I specialise in strength training, sustainable fat loss, muscle gain and hormone health.


My coaching is personal, supportive and focused on long-term results.

Operational Staff

Viktoria Palusova Operations Supervisor

I manage the front desk and the behind-the-scenes operations at Pegasus, making sure
everything runs smoothly for members and staff. From customer service and reception to
systems, schedules and problem-solving, I help keep the gym moving without friction.


Away from the desk, I’m also a Pro Card holder in bodybuilding. That journey taught me
discipline, focus and consistency, and I bring that same mindset into my work. My goal is to
make sure every person who walks through the doors feels welcome, supported and
confident they’re in the right place.

Petra Johns

My role is to help keep Pegasus clean, tidy and running to a high standard every day. I take
pride in making sure the gym feels welcoming, safe and comfortable for everyone who trains
here.

Nikola Manelska

I support daily operations around the gym, helping the team behind the scenes so everything
works as it should.


I also assist in kids’ classes, helping make sessions safe, fun and well organised. Alongside
my work, I train across the combat classes and I’m working towards becoming both an
instructor and a fighter under the Pegasus banner.

Jack Chandlar

I help keep the gym clean and running smoothly so members always have a safe place to
train.


I also assist in kids’ boxing and kickboxing classes with Coach Brandon, helping make
sessions structured, safe and fun. Alongside my work, I train in K1 and kickboxing, pushing
myself towards a future in coaching.

Ella Edwards

Hi, I’m Ella. I’m an apprentice at Pegasus, training to become a personal trainer with a
long-term goal of becoming a wellness instructor.


I’m passionate about strength and wellbeing, and helping people understand how important
it is to listen to their bodies. Right now, I look after members at the shake bar, make sure
everyone feels welcome, and help keep the gym clean and friendly.
