With over 60 classes a week we offer a wide range of workouts so that you can find the one that suits you best.

We pride ourselves on not only providing the best quality of training possible but also the fact that you can meet and workout with like minded, friendly people!

Whatever you choose, one things for certain, you’ll leave on a high and will want to do it all over again (maybe after a quick rest!) 

CLASS INFORMATION

pump

Get ready to transform your body and unleash your inner strength with our Body Pump class. This intense and invigorating workout is designed to help you build lean muscle, sculpt your physique, and boost your overall strength.

In our Body Pump class, you’ll use a combination of free weights, such as barbells and dumbbells, along with bodyweight exercises to target every major muscle group in your body. Led by our expert instructor, you’ll be guided through a series of choreographed exercises set to motivating music, ensuring you stay engaged and focused throughout the session.

COMBAT

The letter K in K-1 is officially designated as a representation of the words karate, kickboxing and kung-fu. A fast and furious, high energy combat sport using punches, kicks and knees to strike. Ideal for an all over body workout. A definite favourite with sport fans! K-1 is similar to Muay Thai except for clinching.

YOGA

Yoga, a sanctuary of peace and mindfulness where you can escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and reconnect with your inner self. This class is designed to guide you on a transformative journey, harmonizing mind, body, and spirit through the ancient practice of yoga.

Our Yoga class offers a gentle and nurturing approach suitable for practitioners of all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis. Each session begins with a moment of centering, allowing you to leave behind any distractions and focus on the present moment. As you step onto your mat, you’ll be enveloped in an atmosphere of tranquility, accompanied by soothing music and calming scents to enhance your experience.

LIFTING CIRCUITS

Are you ready to unlock your full strength potential and embark on a journey of functional fitness? Join our Learn to Lift class, a comprehensive program designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of weightlifting and empower you to confidently navigate the gym floor.

In this supportive and educational class, our experienced coach will guide you step by step through the foundational techniques of compound movements like squats, deadlifts, bench presses, and more. You’ll learn proper form, body alignment, and breathing techniques to ensure safety and maximize the effectiveness of each lift.

POW-R Box

Get ready to unleash your inner fighter and sweat your way to a fitter, more empowered you with our    POW-R Box class. This high-energy, non-contact workout blends the power of boxing techniques with the heart-pumping benefits of aerobic exercise, giving you a fun and effective way to improve your fitness and release stress.

Led by our expert instructor, POW-R Box will take you through a series of boxing-inspired movements, including jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts, all choreographed to energetic music that will keep you motivated and moving. But don’t worry, there’s no need to step into the ring or spar with an opponent; this class is all about getting your heart rate up and sculpting your body through a series of dynamic combinations.

4-D Pro BUNGEE

4D PRO bungee training is a serious workout, with which everyone – from the less trained to the professional sportsman – sees success quickly. Though originally created to rehabilitate top-level athletes, today 4D PRO is used by fitness enthusiasts in gym chains and training facilities around the globe. 

ANTI-GRAVITY YOGA

AntiGravity® Fitness is the original aerial yoga and suspension fitness technique created by Christopher Harrison. After spending over 7 years on the development of the technique and the creation of the apparatus, he launched the first classes in 2007 and a new genre was born. Christopher created very specific nomenclature and sequencing that can be done safely and is accessible across age, size, shape, and fitness levels. AntiGravity® is recognized by NASM and AFAA as a Preferred Provider and our Teacher Training Certifications earn Continuing Education Credits.

SPINNING

Join our exhilarating Spinning class, a high-energy indoor cycling experience designed to elevate your cardiovascular fitness and strengthen your lower body. Led by our experienced instructors, this dynamic workout takes place in a motivating group setting where you’ll pedal your way to improved endurance, increased muscular endurance, and enhanced overall well-being.

During the Spinning class, you’ll ride on stationary bikes that simulate various terrains and intensities, allowing you to customize the challenge to your fitness level. With an emphasis on proper form and technique, our instructors will guide you through a series of interval-based rides, hill climbs, and sprints, all set to an invigorating playlist that keeps you motivated throughout the session.

CLUBBERCISE

Get ready to dance, sweat, and have a blast in our Clubbercise Fitness class! Step into our darkened room with disco lights, and let the pulsating beats of club anthems take you on a fitness journey like no other. From 90’s classics to the latest chart hits, our soundtrack will keep you energized and moving throughout the entire session.

Clubbercise routines are a perfect blend of dance, toning, and combat exercises, designed to make you feel like you’re partying on the dance floor while getting a fantastic workout. Our routines are easy-to-follow, ensuring that everyone can join in, regardless of their fitness level.

RIP RIDE

Join us for an exhilarating and dynamic fitness experience like no other! Spin ‘n’ Kettle Fun is a high-energy hybrid class that combines the best of indoor cycling (spinning) and kettlebell training. Get ready to sweat, burn calories, and challenge your entire body in this fun-filled workout!

ANTI-GRAVITY YOGA

Sparring is a very important part of martial arts training, It allows you to practice the moves and techniques learned in class in a safe and controlled environment. Working in pairs, you are able to practice one on one combat / fighting, but at a lower intensity than in competitions.

Available for both kids and adults.

CLUBBERCISE
