Kickboxing is a full-body workout that includes movements such as kicks, and punches on a free-standing heavy bag or hand pads with a partner. Taught by Aylesbury's ONLY professional world champion Kickboxer or the coach of our world champions.
The letter K in K-1 is officially designated as a representation of the words karate, kickboxing and kung-fu. A fast and furious, high energy combat sport using punches, kicks and knees to strike. Ideal for an all over body workout. A definite favourite with sport fans! K-1 is similar to Muay Thai except for clinching.
Boxing will work your whole body and mind. Our boxing trainers will lead you through rounds of different punches and combos. You will receive a high level of cardio, muscle strength, sharp reflexes and a focused mind. You will see an improvement in not only in your physical strength, but in your mental strength as well.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a self-defense martial art and combat sport based on grappling and submission holds. Taught by a BJJ European Champion and a Second Dan Black Belt.

Although it was initially decried by critics as a brutal blood sport without rules, MMA gradually shed its no-holds-barred image and emerged as one of the world’s fastest-growing spectator sports in the early 21st century.
Muay Thai is now a popular combat sport which is trained all over the world, but it is most popular in Thailand, where it is considered the national sport. It is a “standing” or “striking” martial art, where combatants face each other standing up, and throw strikes at each other with intensity.
Sparring is a very important part of martial arts training, It allows you to practice the moves and techniques learned in class in a safe and controlled environment. Working in pairs, you are able to practice one on one combat / fighting, but at a lower intensity than in competitions.
