Kids kickboxing is a form of martial arts training specifically designed for children. It combines elements of traditional kickboxing techniques with age-appropriate exercises and drills. The focus of kids kickboxing is not only on teaching self-defense skills but also on developing discipline, physical fitness, and self-confidence in children.
Boxing is a combat sport that involves two participants, known as boxers, engaging in a contest of skill, speed, and strategy. Unlike kickboxing, boxing primarily focuses on punches and defensive maneuvers using only the hands. It is a popular sport worldwide and is also practiced for fitness and self-defense purposes.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art and combat sport that focuses on grappling and ground fighting techniques. It originated from traditional Japanese Jiu-Jitsu but was further developed and refined in Brazil. BJJ is known for its emphasis on leverage, technique, and submission holds, allowing a smaller and weaker opponent to overcome a larger and stronger one.

We have two dedicated classes a day Monday to Friday. Kids aged 3-7years are at 4.30pm for 30 minutes. Kids aged 8-15 years are at 5.00pm for 45 minutes. Kids Brazilian Jiujitsu runs at 5.45pm on Mondays for 45 minutes. We have an all ages Kickboxing Grading Class on Fridays for both adults and children who would like extra time to prepare them for their next grading.
Our Kickboxing sessions for kids and adults are designed to go through a very structured process to achieve their next level. Achieving your first sash can be a monumental achievement for anyone. Gradings are held every few months, Brandon the Kids Coach will decide when your child is ready by inviting them to the next grading session. He will hand out a small flyer or letter to your child. This will need to be returned to reception with the required payment.
